According to orders and our standard terms, the Customer is responsible for unloading and that the material is on the tracks when the team / teams arrive. The reason for this is that the Customer has the best local knowledge of companies for this and many get free help / sponsorship with this (and then there is no reason for the Customer to pay for a standard amount, which has been the alternative). The customer also knows his premises best. We provide our customers with COMPLETE information and pictures of what to expect / how to do. We send out the "Unloading Manual" for each delivery, with step by step instructions on how to do it.
